Review: Etude House Surprise Essence Concealer

Hello, Long time no see everyone. I am back with a review on Etude House Surprise Essence Concealer. I know that there are probably tons of this product's review on the internet. But I want to share my own opinion on this product as well. Hope you enjoy ^^

My skin has been acting up lately and I instantly thought of reviewing what type of concealer I would use to cover up my acne. or scars. First I would like to talk about my spots  first to give a better background on how well the coverage is. My spot are average size not that big or small but there is redness in most of my spots so I need to cover that redness.

My no makeup face:

You can see that on my cheeks there are red spots on each cheek which looks not that good if you are going out :(

This is my face with just the concealer on:

The picture might not be the best but I think I used around 2 layers of the concealer for the spots but there are still a little bit visible.

I use this concealer normally for when I have really small spots or even light scars and they cover up fine and the coverage is good. But for large spots not good at all and the coverage is not that good I want to try a different brand of concealer.

I tied another method of showing you how the coverage is like in the pictures below:

This is just the eyeliner:

This is the concealer used for first time:

Since my wrist are whiter than my face so you can see where I have applied the concealer and the coverage isn't that good when covering even eyeliner.

This is the concealer used for the second time:

Even applying it for the second time the coverage still doesn't cover the eyeliner. It's actually making my wrist change to a different colour as well since I have applied too much.

The packaging for this product is a typical kind of Etude House love the pink font its really cute but the tube packaging is just a standard kind of concealer container. This is really suitable for traveling uses so I really like that its small and I can bring it around to everywhere.

The quality of this concealer is so-so not the best but not the worst and for the price I am paying for is just what I expect it to do it's job. Nothing to brag about this product really. But I still really like Etude House makeup products as they are have really cute packaging and affordable prices as well.

Overall, I suggest that this would be great for people who have really nice skin a little to cover then this is a really good option as this is really cheap and they give you a fair amount of the product. Also this concealer is easy to blend in to your face and with BB cream on top and it gives a really natural makeup look. I wouldn't say this concealer is that moisturising but it's not drying my skin up which is good since I have a lot of dry patches on my skin lately.

Sorry that the length to this post isn't that long or you didn't find it that useful :(

Thanks for reading :) I hope you found this review somewhat useful ^^
